Handling Fee (reduction): We've lowered our Handling Fee for ExpressDigital Darkroom orders that cost more than $3.00. Here's how the new tiered Handling Fees work:

Handling Fees only apply to orders placed in ExpressDigital Darkroom shipping to different addresses with a cost under $5.00. Shipping costs still apply to all orders. These Handling Fees do not apply to orders placed with ROES or Photolynx. If you have any questions about our Shipping or Handling Fees, please contact Customer Service.

Lightweight, Standard orders: Orders below 1 lb. with Standard shipping chosen will ship via US Mail First Class. Please note that orders shipping US Mail First Class do not have tracking numbers.

Canadian Shipping: We are able to ship orders to all the Canadian provinces. (NOTE: Priority shipping is only available for shipping to Canada; U.S. Priority shipping is not supported.) For more information on Canadian shipping (including price quotes), please contact Customer Service.

Expedited Options: Other expedited shipping options may be available for Rush Orders. Contact Customer Service to get more information and a quote.

Picking up: The Pickup shipping method is for customers picking up at one of our local retail stores, or local customers who have a courier deliver work to their studios. Customers picking up orders at our retail stores, or who have orders delivered via courier should choose Pickup as their shipping method. You can also opt to change what store you pick up at, if another location is more convenient for you. Please just email us or call us with the new store you’ve chosen and we will update that in your account information here. Orders being sent to our retail stores will not be eligible for Shipping Notification emails. A retail clerk will call you when your order is available to be picked up at your local retail store.

Damaged orders: If you ever receive an order that has been damaged in transit from UPS or the USPS, please keep the package and its contents, and call us as soon as possible.

Next Day: "Next day" turnaround time applies for orders being shipped from the lab via mail or UPS, or customers picking up the work at the lab at the Broad Street store.
